The grand open day is still being planned for the Hi Energy Martial Arts Academy in Blyth, Northumberland. Hopefully it will be mid May, but the definite date will be published asap. The day will be for anyone that wishes to try out a trial class for FREE. It will start with the Tiny Tigers class. This is for the kids aged from 4 years to 6 years of age. The next age group up will be the kids class. This is for the kids from 6 years +. Once again it is a very energetic and great fun class, however we teach a lot more martial art technique to the older kids. They are more physically developed in this age group so we do have a great deal more techniques to play with. Again though all in a fun and safe environment. We will also be running a Teen & Adult kickboxing class FREE during the open day. This is a fantastic session for teens and adults alike. Another great FREE trial class we will have on the open day is a Ladies Only Kickfit class. This really is a great workout and fitness class for the ladies, no matter what your age.
